Brief Answer:
Start calcium and multivitamin syrup
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to this forum.
Can understand your concern.
Pain in calves in 4 year child could be due to calcium deficiency, muscular spasm, generalized weakness.
I suggest you to do X Ray wrist AP view of both hands. Changes of calcium deficiency is seen in X Ray wrist followed by blood levels.
In my opinion, you should start calcium syrup 5 ml two times a day for 1 month. Also, a multivitamin syrup like bevon 5 ml once a day for 1 month should be started.
A complete blood count should be done for hemoglobin levels.
Review with report.
I hope this helps.
Take care.
