Brief Answer:
Pain could be because of acidity.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for asking here.
Heart pain, or angina has some characteristics like it starts above the xiphisternum (epigastric) but radiates also to other side of body like back of the shoulder, left arm, jaw etc

Whereas acidity or regurgitation causes pain in chest (epigastric) similar like heart pain but it does not radiate and pain relieves on taking antacid or proton pump inhibitor tablets like omeprazole, esmoprazole etc.
As you said that you have got pain two times in morning; so it could be because of regurgitation or acidity after prolonged lying or even sleeping after eating heavy meal.

If the pain does not relieve after taking antacids, continues to increase in intensity despite avoiding spicy and fried things and radiates to other side of body then it should be carefully evaluated and also some routine blood tests, troponin I level, treadmill test etc may need to be done to rule out cardiac cause.
Hopefully my answer will be helpful. Please let me know in case I need to clarify more.

It could be spondylitis.

Brief Answer:
There are many options for treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Most of the patients having kidney stones sized 4 mm ,eventualy pass stones on their own through urinary tract with having plenty of water in a day.. There are 10 to 20 percent chances to pass through urinary tract ,if stones are 5 mm.
For pain tab ketorolac and acitaminophen can be taken.
If stones do not pass eventualy then lithotripsy is the treatment. This is a procedure ,in which shock waves are given and stones get smaller enough into pieces to pass through tract.
Other is surgical technique ,called percutaneous lithotomy,in which a small cut is given in skin and stone is removed.
Since you have stones sized 4 to 5 mm..,if after taking lot of water and waiting for longer time to pass through tract ,then lithotripsy can be done to remove the stones..
Hopefully my answer will be helpfull. You may ask further without hesitation.
