Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Groin Area Post An Inguinal Hernia Surgery

1. 6 weeks before the completion of inguinal hernia surgery. Go swimming in the pool. During the period of free and frog-style swim slowly. About 40 minutes. During the left groin position three times the pain. There will be a little bit of pain in the days of this week's standing.
Would like to ask:
1. On the side of the groin, when I walk or swim. Will it be pulled?
2. In this slow swim action will pull to make the film shift? Recently I will not dare to swim again. Would I like to ask if the membrane is easy to shift?
3. If I continue to have pain, whether it is inflammation. Whether you can eat anti-inflammatory drugs. Will it affect fibrosis?
All queries regarding post hernia surgery explained in details .
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear
welcome to Healthcaermagic.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly .
1. On the side of the groin , walking will not pull but certain acts of swimming can
pull internal ligaments .
2. By 6 weeks period , there are very less chances of membrane shifting , but still
if slightest of pain or discomfort is there , then strongly recommended to avoid
swimming of any type till further 3 - 4 weeks and give enough time to
internal structures to heal completely .
3. If pain lasts 1 or 2 hours after any act that means it is activity related ,
if it persists continuously then one can think of inflammation .
Anti inflammatory drugs can be taken safely , it will not affect fibrosis .
Hope this clears your query .
Welcome always further for any assistance .
Regards dear .
