Brief Answer:
It could be due to musculoskeletal pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Pain in the groin is most commonly due to musculoskeletal cause.I prescribe skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside 4mg twice daily for 5 days to my patients with similar complaints .
Spermatic cord enters the groin area from the abdomen and extends upto the scrotum where it connects to Testis.Any infection and inflammation of the spermatic cord will cause groin pain.It requires Antibiotic like Cefuroxime 500mg and anti inflammatory tablets.
Enlarged lymph nodes in groin area can cause pain.Ultrasound abdomen will give a clue.
Please consult your doctor, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
