Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Heels

Question: I am having pain in the ball of my foot. I think it is my metatarsal. Can you tell my why this would start hurting when there has been no injury? With most of my shoes, it will subside after a while, but it never seems to act up with tennies.
Brief Answer:
plantar fasciitis?
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
plantar fasciitis sounds likely with this symptom. One of the commonest symptoms is feeling pain on the first step when you get out of bed; it feels like stepping on a prominent stone with bare foot. Physical activity may calm the pain during the mild phase of plantar fasciitis but when the inflammation gets worse, the pain will be there continuously.
You should visit an orthopedics specialist for proper assessment and a diagnosis. If it's plantar fasciiitis then you should avoid walking on hard surfaces, use silicon pads to raise your heels a bit and avoid standing for long. Mild stretching exercises might help.
I hope you find my comments helpful!
Kind regards!
