Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Hip Area

Require MRI of the lumbar spine
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I read through the query.
I found that you have a radiating pain amanating from the hip joint back into the knee joint and only one side.
I find the issue is at the spinal level or a compression of the nerve under pyriformis muscle (under the buttock muscle).
YOu need an examination to confirm the same. You also need an MRI of the lumbar spine to check one or two of the deformities that cause such symptoms.
For the symptoms like these I generally recommend Pregabalin, Methylcobalamin doses. These are prescription based medicines. The regular pain meds may not work for such nerve pain.
You may try double dose of regular pain medicines before you get examined and confirm the above.

My previous explanation holds good
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Its a pulled muscle or ligament pain then if it is originating from groin into the knee. My previous explanation hold good.
I suggest a double dose pain killer here, ice and rest without moving the painful parts frequently.
