Brief Answer:
Upload picture.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through the query.

Symptoms you are explaining are pointing towards the diagnosis that is the injection was not in the joint in proper way or there may be dilated veins there.

If you can upload a picture of that part I will get more information so please upload it.

Till then avoid squatting and upstairs.

Have tab. aceclofenac100mg+serratiopeptidase15mg thrice a day by prescription of your treating doctor as this medicine is not over the counter.

Thanks,
