Brief Answer:
It could be due to Ureteric stone.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Pain in the left lower part of the abdomen can be due to Ureteric stone. Stone from the kidney will come into the Ureter and gets blocked .Pain will start when the stone tries to move downwards.
Ultrasound abdomen will give a clue.
Please consult your doctor and get an Ultrasound abdomen to rule out Ureteric stone. Till Ultrasound, I prefer to give antispasmodic tablet containing Dicyclomine to my patients with similar complaints.
If it is normal, then the pain could be due to musculoSkeletal cause. I prescribe Skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside to my patients with musculoSkeletal pain.
Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
