Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Left Arm
Question: I am having pain up and down my left arm. And spasms from my stomach.

Thank you for posting the question.
I have gone through your medical history in detail.
Pain radiating up and down your left arm may be due to neuritis i.e.,inflammation of one of the nerves of your arm.This can happen due to unknown sudden strain or lifting something heavy. Vitamin B12 deficiency is one of the other reasons for such type of neuritis.
Spasms from your stomach can be due to various reasons like gas problems,indigestion,irritable bowel,intestinal colic,gastritis etc.
But both these complaints do not seem to be related to each other.
I would suggest you to take analgesic tablets like tramadol or paracetamol with vitamin B12,folic acid and methylcobalamin.
Application of local cream followed by hot fomentation to the arm can reduce the pain.
Antispasmodic tablets like cyclopam or meftal spas will help reduce the spasms of the stomach.
If this does not help,you can get an ultrasound of the abdomen done and consult a gastroenterologist.
