Brief Answer:
Could be arthritis or osteoporosis/ Vitamin deficiency.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have read your description. It might be arthritis in the hands and foot . It could also be due to deficiency of vitamin D or Osteoporosis.

I suggest mild pain killers Vitamin D3 supplementation . and some tests like Serum Vitamin B12, S Vitamin D3 and Complete blood counts. X rays of the hand would also be helpful.
Adequate intake of oral fluids and electrolytes is also helpful.
