Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Legs While On Methocarbamol
Likely to be due to electrolyte imbalance
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. It seems that somehow you have developed an electrolyte imbalance and that could precipitate the muscle spasms that you are describing. I would insist you to take juicy fruits like citrus fruits. They contain plenty of potassium which should help in proper functioning of the muscles and in reduction of the cramps. You also need to increase total fluid (water) intake and to take plenty of ORS (oral rehydration solution) to replenish the lost fluids and salts. I hope that would suffice and you would not need to see a doctor. If it does not, it would be worthwhile visiting a general physician and getting your electrolyte levels checked.
Let me know if I could help further.

Specialist opinion advisable
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the update. Try taking Aleve (naproxen) 500 mg one or two tablets together and see if it helps. If not, you would need to see either a neurologist or a surgeon. The former would be able to evaluate whether peripheral neuropathy is likely. The latter, after possibly a Doppler study, will be able to suggest issues concerning arteries, veins and muscles.
