Thank you .

Detailed Answer:
thanks for sending the question.
This type of abdominal discomfort might reflect a couple of possibilities. One possible causes constipation. If you have not had regular bowel movements this might be more likely to be the problem.
Another possible cause is diverticulitis. This commonly causes pain in the left lower quadrant.diverticulitis can sometimes be accompanied by fever or chills.
If your symptoms continue I think it would be beneficial for you to see your primary care doctor or report to a local urgent care center or emergency room. You might benefit from a course of antibiotics.
Also at your age you should have had at least one or two colonoscopies in the past. If you have never had a colonoscopy I really would encourage you to discuss this with your primary care doctor. Colonoscopy is procedure which allowsA specialist to look inside your calling to see if there are any abnormalities including diverticuli which can become inflamed and contribute to diverticulitis.
Thanks again for sharing your health care concern.

Thanks again,
Blackberies possibly coul affect thia - typically we recommend staying away from high residue foods such as nuts or seeds which can get caught in the diverticuli and trigger some inflammation.
If you havent had one - I suggest at least a screening colonoscopy also.
