Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Lower Middle Chest
Question: Hello Doctor,
From morning around 5:30 I am experiencing pain in the lower centre of my chest. The pain has reduced a lot but is felt when taken deep breath or tried to touch my foot while doing stretching. Have little gas as well for which Omeprazole has been taken.
The pain was very much in the morning that it even wakes me up. Should this be considered an alarming condition or it is just a muscular pain as now I only feel when taken deep breath.

Just to add up my current condition I have been suffering from cough from around last 5-6 days for which I am also taking levocetrizine and montekulast.
I don't smoke
Not having hypertension
My mother is having pacemaker implanted from 2004 and she is of age 64
My father had stunt implantation this year he is 67 age

Considering all the factors it doesn't seems like a cardiac issue but however we can't ignore your family history of cardiac issues.
So I would like to suggest you to get one ECG and Echocardiography and TMT test done to make sure everything is fine from cardiac point of view.
