Brief Answer:
Get clinical evaluation and management done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.

Read and understood that you woke up today morning with pain in lower left part of the abdomen wherein the pain is felt in the situations you have so well notified.

May I please know a few more details in addition to the ones you have already provided?
* Has this happened for the first time in life or you have similar pains in past too?
* I hope, the following problems are not there as you have not mentioned, just in case to confirm for my sake:
- Any associated nausea, vomiting, change in bowel habits like loose stools or hard stool?
- Fever, weakness or a strong sense that something is not alright.
- Does the pain change the position/site if you change the position, something like wandering pain a bit here and sometimes at different nearby position, just try this and let me know.

The most probable causes of such a pain as described by you are:
- Inflammation of the small bowel like enteritis
- Inflammation of colon - colitis
- Rare causes not worth mentioning here unless found on investigations if needed and done.

I would advise you the following with answers for your queries at the same time:
* Doctor are these the signs of worry?
> If the symptoms and signs you have mentioned are the only ones present, nothing much to worry.

* Do i need to visit to a doctor?
> Yes, for the following reasons: First of all you get a clinical evaluation, actual physical examination of the general body check and of the abdomen to elicit the signs you have noted; to correlated between these and investigations to be done.
Secondly, you get a valid prescription of medicines which is required by the Pharmacy and the order for the appropriate investigations after the clinical judgement.
Thirdly, to institute further investigations and treatment if need be.

* If yes which specialist do i need to visit??
> General Surgeon is a better option or you may visit a MD Medicine- Physician

* Do i need to take the medicine for this problem or it will get away by its own??
> Certainly yes, you should get appropriate medicines in the form of an antibiotic, metronidazole, probiotic, symptomatic and supportive.

Investigations as advised by your Doctor.

I hope this helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you need to or if you feel that there is a gap-of-communication.
