Brief Answer:
Could be arthritis

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I am Dr Gopal Goel, Orthopedic Surgeon.
You have pain / Discomfort in neck, knees, arms and wrists-in rotation . You have not undergone any specific blood tests or other investigation for this condition.
In my opinion this pain can be because of
1. Arthritis including fleeting arthritis
2. Deficiency of Vitamin D / B12
3. Osteoporosis/ Osteomalacia
I would suggest you to undergo the tests for arthritis ,S Vitamin D3 and S vitamin B 12 and Bone Densitometry. These test will confirm whether you have any of these problems.
In the meantime ,you may start on Pregabalin+ methycobal combination and, Vitamin D3 supplementation.
Hope I have answered your question. Please don't hesitate to ask any further question.
