Brief Answer:
do a MRI of the region
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I can understand your concern
According to the history you provide if you were my patient i would recommend you to do a MRI of the abdomen area to evaluate better all the organs and including pancreas too.
However sometimes intestinal gases causes the bloating sensation and probably the pain too. Please discuss with your treating doctor because he can examine you closely and knows better your actual clinical picture.
Or if you do the above you can attach me the result of MRI and i will try to help you again.
Regards and feel free to ask me again

Hi again
No it is not. These values of sugar you provide are normal .But to be sure you can do a blood test called HbA1c which shows the average of sugar level in the blood. If it is in normal ranges than nothing to worry about.

Hi again
Please do a HBa1c blood test first .Usually high levels of sugar are not indicators of pancreas cancer.
If you do a MRI and it is normal than you don't have pancreatic cancer.
