Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Ribs Along With Nausea

Question: had a hefty blow to my lower rib cage also slammed my hand into my upper chest since then when i exert my arm or movement i get to feeling nausea feel really sick sit down and rest and it goes away happens about twice a day
