Need more information

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

3.5 mm polyp in gallbladder is an insignificant lesion.
It is not the cause of your pain.

I presume you do not have cough or shortness of breath.

How long you are having the pain?

Regards,
Dr.R.K.

Thanks doctor. I have had low grade fever since 2-3 weeks. Only in the evening. I am fine in the morning. The pain is very recent last 5 days. I attribute it to the soft mattress I slept on earlier in the week. But since its on the upper right rib therefore GP suggested. Thanks

Brief Answer:
You can take Dolo 650 for relief

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the additional information.
Yes, the pain is probably muscular.
You can take Dolo 650 for relief. And it would provide relief from fever also.
Since you have fever for 2-3 weeks, a complete blood count may be done.

Dr.R.K
