Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Right Shoulder

I have what they call a 'crick" in my midpoint right shoulder. I usually get them in colder temperatures. I's annoying in the daytime, but at night it's excruciating. Well, it's not that bad, but it wakes me up and ruins my sleep. I'm a 73-yr-old woman in a wheelchair. I sustained a spinal injury t-12--L-1 in 1968. That causes a lot of pain, but that's not this issue. How can I make this go away? Usually time will allow it to heal and go away
My dog was just barking incessantly. The point of pain has moved about 9 inches

As per your clinical history, the possibility of dislocation is high in the right shoulder.
This should be first ruled out through an X ray of the right shoulder in both views AP and lateral.
Hence I advise you to get the same.
Further management if any is largely based on test reports.
Meanwhile, I prescribe oral pills of Diclofenac to control your pain.Please check with your physician, if he shares ny view and prescribe these pills to you.
