Please give detailed feedback.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your history of pain on the right side of the body from chest to the pelvis; you have mentioned lower right abdominal, painful on inhalation, abdominal stabbing pain on the right pelvic and right kidney and chest.
May I please know some more details please:
- Is there any nausea, vomiting, bloating, lose stools or constipation?
- Any symptoms related to the urinary system like burning urination, frequency or so?
- Any respiratory system related problems like coughing, breathlessness?
- Any fever, chills?
- Any other medical problems you have?
- Any investigations done till now?
- Since when have you got this problem?
The feedback will help me to assist you more.
Till then I would advise you the following, please get these done if not yet done:
Tests of blood, urine and stool.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen
X-ray of the chest PA view and right lateral view for any respiratory problem.
I hope this answer helps your to get an early and proper diagnosis and the best possible treatment.

Systematic plan of investigations o get a proper diagnosis
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
What was the procedure done via laparoscope? (late 2013).
With the feedback you have given the problem looks more towards to urinary and gastrointestinal too.
I would suggest you the following:
- Clinical evaluation and examination by a General Surgeon to get a proper clinical diagnosis.
- Ultrasonography to start with followed by CT scan and IVP for urinary system if indicated so.
Test of the urine: routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity, particularly before the antibiotic is started.
Tests of blood, routine and for kidney, liver function.
- Stool test for 3 consecutive day.
- Any other tests as indicated from time to time.
I think all these things done systematically should get us the early and proper diagnosis and give the plan of further management.
Do you think i should go to emergency or should i follow it up through my GP? normally that takes for ever too and i haven't been feeling well at all.
Relax, we are planning fora proper diagnosis for proper treatment.
Detailed Answer:
I said systematic plan of investigations, means it is not serious nor is it urgent but everything charted should be done so that you get the proper diagnosis and proper treatment .
I think you can start with your GP, discuss about the long period of suffering and the need of proper investigations and clinical evaluation to get an appropriate diagnosis and treatment.
