Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Testicle

Question: I was having Testicle pain from few weeks and currently i have pain on right testicle only.
The only change in my life is i got married and was travelling more and no intercourse. Is it because of more travelling i was having pain?
I have GB polyph does this have anything to do with it.
Any medicines i can take to get relief from pain. i dont see any vomtings or fever.
I got some relief from pain now but i still have light pain on right testicle or nervous at right testicle. I don't see any lumps or reddish skin.
How Can i do quick physical examination for torsion testis. Also is it good to have sex with this condition if not then foreplay etc is ok or completely avoid everything.
Also do you suggest me to consult a doctor.

torsion testis is rare possibility as I already mentioned but most importa
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am sorry but you cannot do a physical examination to find out torsion testis all by yourself. Physical examination is helpful when done by qualified doctor. Unless it is done, advice on sexual activity can't be provided.
However, torsion testis is rare possibility as I already mentioned but the most important thing to rule out.
Thanks
