Question: I have pain in my testicals after I wore tight pant and drove car for an hour, tried taking ibubrufen / diclifenac but pain is returning.

Please help!

Hello
Thanks for your query , based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have pain in testicles due to wearing tight pant for coupe of hours and the pain is persistent even after taking Brufen .

The pain that you have is mostly due to congestion of testicles due to pressure effect and will take 5 days to wane away.

Continue taking antibiotic like Doxycycline 100 mg along with Diclofenac twice daily for a week(after proper prescription by your local physician).
