Brief Answer:
Detailed evaluation is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.
Testicular pain needs to be evaluated thoroughly.
The most probable differential is epididymo-orchitis.
Consult a general surgeon and get the following things done:
1- Get an ultrasound scrotum with doppler done to rule out torsion testes. Torsion testes is a surgical emergency and surgery required to correct the defect at the earliest. How ever odds for torsion is low in your case.
2. Epididymitis or orchitis can also be detected by ultrasound, in most cases it will resolve with antibiotic therapy.
3.Get a urine routine to rule out urinary tract infection which can also present like this.
As of now drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated. Simple analgesics like ibuprofen or paracetamol can be tried to control pain.
Wishing you good health
Thanks
