Suggest Treatment For Pain In The The Feet And Waist Of A Diabetic

Question: hi doctor, my mother has got pain in her feet and in waist from the last 15 days . she is diabetic already and recently we got all health tests done for her and found that vitamin d is on lower side. and doctor asked to start vitamin d tablet tayo 60 k once a week ,ecosprin av 75 mg and also diabetes care powder with milk . please find attachment but there is not having much improvement. could you please suggest any additional things to be taken care thanks
