Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Urethra While On Tylenol

Question: 45 yo male. For 8 months, I have on and off feeling of urine being stuck in the tip, sore testicles.
Urine test in December negative for UTi. This comes and goes. It feels better when I take Tylenol but the relief doesn't last.

Pain in urethra at the tip of the penis is mostly due to inflammation of the external urinary meatus (urethritis).

1) Does this happen after having sex or oral sex ?

Take antibiotics like Doxicycline and anti inflammatory medication Diclofenac twice daily .

Ensure to drink more water to keep your urine dilute

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Yes. Sometimes a day or 2 after sex it may be aggravated.
Also, there is a Lot of dripping after urination when this is going on.

Also it is normal to have this occasionally interfere with maintaining an election? Especially when the first one maintained and we were interrupted and then later it wasn't maintained all the way through intercourse.
