At present it is looking like an ulcer.
I would like to know few other details.
1. How it started , was there any injury ?
2. Since when you have this ?
3. Is it due to friction of shoes ?
4. Are you taking any medication for any other disease.?
5. Have you tried any medication for this?

No there was no injury i've had it for maybe 2-3 weeks now. Also im not on medication for any disease... How do i make it go away

It's an ulcer.

You need treatment with oral and topical antibiotics.

I treat such cases with a combination of oral antibiotics such as AMOXICILLIN + CLAVULINIC Acid and topical Mupirocine cream.

It gives good results within a week.
