Suggest Treatment For Pain In Tooth

Question: hi doctor,

I am facing problem with my left side lower two tooth's. its paining a lot from last two days.. this happened since I had a big chocolate in my 16 hours journey where I couldn't brush.

I can see black skin beside my two teeth. this was not there earlier. can you please help me what should I do to Get relief

Thanks for writing in.

As per your history & picture, it seems you have got deeply carious lower left first molar. You need to go for small x- ray of those two teeth & if carious lesion is deep you can go for Root Canal Treatment.
If decay has not approached pulp then you may get filling done.Consult your dentist & get x- ray done for further treatment plan.
Meanwhile you may take analgesic like diclo- para combination.
