Suggest Treatment For Pain In Upper Back And Arms
Question: hello,i am 59 year old height is 6'2" and weight is 118kg. i take Lnblock 5mg.OD,and voglibose 02mg +Metformin 500 2 times a day.i take meds for Gastritis also.since last 7-8 days i am feeling pain on right side of back upper side and pain comes to up to my right nipple and arm,for this i took 4 Inj.of Bigvin B12 and Betnasol,but there is no difference,ortho says its spondilysis, and when i bow my neck it pains in same spot in back.for that he is giving me Prebid Plus 75 OD. and i took 2 inj of voveron also. I will advise MRI cervical spine and EMG-NCV study for detail diagnosis consulting with your doctor.
Another possibility of associated peripheral neuropathy due to diabetes can be considered. This neuropathy can be confirmed by EMG-NCV study.

hello,can i go for CT-SCAN instead of MRI because i am claustrophobic. i will inquire about EMG-NCV test i dont think anyone doing it here.i am in XXXXXXX pl reply.
