Question: I was in bed and I hit my nose against my husband's head - could that cause injury to your nose?

hello

Yes it is possible that your nose may get injured due to the trauma.

However , if you do not have any pain , bleeding from nose , swelling over nose, nose block or deformity/deviation of your external nose, then i dont think you have to worry.

if you have any of the above symptoms, then i would suggest that you meet your ent doctor as soon as possible for examination and further treatment.
