Suggest Treatment For Pain On Penis Head
Need more information and a photo of penis head as following...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Pain on the head of your penis might be due to:
- trauma
- inflammation
- infection
The very first thing is to understand why you are having such pain. Can you please upload a picture of the painful area to see if there are changes on the skin too?
If there is also a redness on your penis head and no discharge, then, it might be due to trauma (friction) or allergy reaction to any detergent you might have used recently.
If there is redness with discharge, then, infection is suspected and further lab tests are needed to determine the right infectious agent and how to correctly treat it.
T-bact and neosporin are antibiotc cream used to treat infection. If there is infection present, they are good choice for treatment. However, fungal infection should be also ruled out as antifungal cream are advised in this case (e.g. clotrimazole cream).
Hope it was of help!

no infection noted, redness &pain possibly from friction
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
Thank you for providing the requested photos. I have just received them and noticed the redness on the head of your penis.
As you are reporting to have frenuloplasty operation, I need to know when you did it.
If recently, then, the painful and inflamed area is due to friction. No sign for infection was noted.
Lukewarm water can ease your pain but might aggravate inflammation which on contrary will aggravate the pain. Instead applying cold compresses can hel reduce inflammation andpain consequently.
Usually, such pain will be over by second week of operation. I advise to continue taking signoflam as it will reduce both inflammation and pain.
Applying anti inflammatory cream locally can also help.
If the pain and redness won't subside in a few more days, should get it checked by the surgeon who did the operation. I repeat this situation is temporary and will subside in few more days.
Hope it was of help!

If this is your case, then, try T-bact for a few days...
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
Ok, I see, if you had the operation done 1 month ago, then, for the moment, I advise to apply T-bact cream you already have. It will need a few more weeks for the swelling and redness to subside and for the wound to completely heal.
If you see that soaking in warm water will help; then, continue with caution and observe if any unusual sign will appear as I still think it will aggravate swelling and inflammation.
Wish fast recovery!
