Suggest Treatment For Pain On Penis

Question: Hi, I've had pain in the tip of my penis a few weeks back. It was treated with anti=biotics and felt fine. However, just to look around before attempting sex I felt around and felt an inner almost pimple in the head. I pushed it just a bit and I've had extreme pain all night. No real pain when urinating. Any ideas?

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
Innermost part of penis head with pimple like eruptions and pain while retracting your foreskin indicates balano-posthitis. That means inflammation of foreskin and the glans penis (head of penis). Yeast infection could be a reason.
If you send more particulars about your sexual activity, any problem with sex partner, whether you are a diabetic patient etc. would be useful to discuss more.
Moreover if you can upload the picture of the affected area, this will also helpful to give you more valuable suggestions.

Hi Doctor Thank you for asking. There is no visible pimple. It's an internal, small pimple size almost mineral piece but its defiintly inside.
Brief Answer:
Urine examination will help in the diagnosis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
I think that you mean your lesions remain inner aspect of urethral orifice. If it is so, an examination of your penis and a simple urine examination will reveal your problem. Sometimes more investigations may be necessary to confirm the diagnosis.
Consult your physician immediately and follow his/her guidelines.
