Suggest Treatment For Pain On Skin After Wearing Tight Clothing?

Question: when I slip my skins on my tight stick together and is were painful when pulled apart. . are any medications available to prevent it ?

i do not wear clothing that would cover the skin. It is skin to skin it happens during the night when i sleep
