Suggest Treatment For Pain On The Arches Of The Foot

Most likely it can be Plantar fasciitis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to plantar fasciitis. This occurs due to inflammation of plantar fascia- the band which connects heel bone to toes. Reasons can be over use , wearing of improper shoes , or due to unusual activities.
You can put your foot on and off on ice pack. This you can do for 15 to 20 minutes at a time . This you can repeat 3 to 4 times daily. You can apply NSAID gels like ketoprofen or diclofenac also. Advil can be taken 2 to three times daily for 3 days. Rest for 1 week is needed also.
Wear shoes or foot wear with adequate padding or shoe inserts. You can also use night splints to stretch the injured fascia and allow it to heal.
If there is no improvement then local corticosteroid injections will be needed. X rays should be taken to rule out other bony injuries or spurs also.
Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
