Question: I have twisted my right ankle yesterday morning--I took Tylenol but did not work--now taking advil--I can stand and put some weight on it but wind up limping after a few minutes--icing did not work--I better pull out the crutches. Can't seem to get the inflammation under control--still swollen--pain moving up the leg--I must not be doing something right--two toes feel numb.
