Brief Answer:
Fracture/dislocation needs to be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Even if this product contains a very potent and efficacious pain medication, pain control is not the only priority at the moment. A fracture and/or dislocation needs to be ruled out. Clinical examination followed by a couple of simple x rays can help rule out both. Pain medication can be safely prescribed, thereafter. Please go to an E.R near you for proper assessment.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
