Brief Answer:
provide me more information first

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for asking.

Here, I would like to ask some more information from you to assess your condition better.

Since how many days you are having this shoulder blade pain?
Is there any particular posture from which it gets increased or relieved?
Any relief from pain killers and ice applications.
Any other symptoms apart from pain and numbness?
How was the pain started means suddenly or gradually?

Also, let me know whether you have any history of diabetes or thyroid illnesses or any injury to that joint.

From all these facts you have posted here, the left shoulder blade pain could be because of muscular pain or musculo-skeletal pain with temporary nerve root compression ,the first possibility comes in my mind.

But I would think about the possibility of Cervical nerve root compression later on.

Sometimes,it could also be because of muscle strain or nerve compression related to bad posture.

So,provide me more information first and until then,

Ensure that you maintain an appropriate posture while working or sitting or walking.

Take frequent stretch breaks and drink lots of water.

Discontinue using pillow while sleeping straight.

Do not lift heavy objects , especially after bending down or forward.

Eat a healthy wholesome meal which should satisfy your minerals and proteins requirement.

Continue to take pain killer medications with ice for symptomatic relief.

Muscle relaxants would also be helpful in combination with pain killers like chlorzoxazone 250, Diclofenac Sodium 50,Paracetamol 325 (Brand name:Dan-MR).

Hope this will help and get back to me with more information. I will suggest you relevant tests (if needed) after that.
