Do you have blood and mucus with it?
Does the pain occurs in attacks of squeezing/griping pain ?
Is this pain initiated with fatty / oily / fried diet?
How it started to starts with? whether after street food eating?or after partying with hotel food?
Are you constipated or/ off and on diarrhoea ?
Any skin tag / or internal / or external piles in the past or currently?
Any IBS-Irritable Bowel Syndrome- attacks in the past?

Based on the submitted data,You seem to suffer from-Gall stones with Shooting pain under right rib cage with entero-colitis.
Possibility of Gall stone with Severe gripping pains? or Cholecystitis-is there because of the Shooting pain under right rib cage is going to back also.
The feeling of going to bathroom, indicates accompanied entero- Colitis(Inflammation of small and large bowel) with Constipation with ? the gall stones?
