Brief Answer:
Injury

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your query.
As you have mentioned that after ultrasound it is confirmed that you don't have stone. But you are still experiencing pain. Pain is most probably due to the injury to inner wall of urinary tract by the rough edges of stone. Stone erodes the inner wall when moving out. This results in pain after it is expelled.

You continue taking your prescribed medicines and it will gradually disappear. Possibility of stone recurrence at present is nil (ultrasound didn't show). But later it can recur.
