Suggest Treatment For Painful And Infected Broken Teeth
Question: my boyfriend has 2 broken teeth and they are infected and causing sever pain. He called his dentist and asked for an antibiotic and they refused him without them seeing him. How can I convince them to prescribe him an antibiotic?
He has 3 daughters he raises on his own his boss is a jerk so he hardly has the time to see the dentist right now. He needs the infection cleared its dangerous! I am worried, His pain is so bad that it radiates to the ear and eye and it keeps him up at night. I am terribly worried and I am trying hard to get him an antibiotic what can I do? Please help!

As you are mentioning that your boyfriend has broken teeth and he is having severe pain, it means that the infection of tooth has approached the pulp means the blood supply of tooth and in this case a root canal is needed to be done.
As tooth pain can not be just treated with antibiotic and painkillers, because infection will be present in the pulp till you get a root canal treatment done and antibiotic will give just a temporary relief.
So better for relief in pain you just start with a dispersible painkiller and then visit a good dentist for treatment.
