Suggest Treatment For Painful And Itchy External Hemorroid After Extensive Treatment For A Year For Internal Hemorroid
Question: I have hemorroid since 1year. Now it has progressed to external hemorroid since 10-15days. Pain is also present and there is itching around anal area.
Bowel and bladder is regular however constipated
Kindly suggest treatment for the same.

Sir haemmorrhoids if grade 1 or 2 external are usually treated with hydrocortisone creams which can be applied on the anal area and will relieve pain, itching etc. If constipation is more or if blood in stools are persistent then surgical removal would be better but for now you can use steroid creams woth prescription from any nearest doctor. Do warm water sits. You can start eating lot of fiber diets with banana and berries. Eat lot of legumes also. If symptoms persists kindly get it removed surgically.
