Brief Answer:
Genital warts/ Condyloma acuminata

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have viewed the Image

You seem to have Genital Warts/ Condyloma acuminata. It is an infection caused by Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) and is an STD (sexually transmitted disease).
Treatment is simple. They can be easily removed with either Radiofrequency cautery Or electrocautery. I suggest you to visit a dermatologist in your vicinity. All dermatologists would be able to treat genital warts.
Your doctor would also do a few blood tests as part of complete STD screening e.g HIV, VDRL and HSV ELISA.

Hi

Thank you for your reply.
Radiofrequency cautery Or electrocautery will remove wart temporarily but virus will remain in body .it may appear later.
Please let me know if there is any medication to get rid of virus from root.

Thanks

Brief Answer:
Individual own Innate immune system is able to eradicate infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Genital HPV infection is most commonly caused by HPV type 6 and 11.
Body's own immunity acts against the virus and most of the individuals are able to eradicate the infection (via innate immunity) within 2 years and do not have recurrences. Radiofrequency or electrocautery would help to destroy visible infection/ warts and hence hasten eradication.
