Suggest Treatment For Painful Blisters On The Legs

consult a dermatologist./be in touch with heart surgeon.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for the query. I have read it & understood your concern.
Your father has heart surgery done He seems to have kidney infection since long time for which he took lasix... now after surgery he has blisters on leg & you are worried for the same.
* The possible causes here could be infective, allergy to some post operative drug or auto immune problem like pemphigus. Lasix is not known to cause such rash.
Specially after heart surgery its important to be careful about infection.
* In this context I would advise for consulting a skin specialist (dermatologist) doctor. He would examine the patient throughly/get investigations like blood counts/culture &sensitivity of the discharge from the blister or biopsy of the lesion for any bacterias or specific antibodies to find autoimune condition.
Suitable antibiotic/steroids in oral or local form would then be offered to him to attain relief.
Self care
-To follow the instructions given by operating surgeon strictly.
-Avoid exposure to infection of the skin lesion./avoid itching, exposure to dust.
*thus with specific approach & expert advise your father would be out of the problem .
I hope that answers your query.Any follow up query is welcome.
Please close the query of you don't have a follow up query.
Thanks.
