Question: I have had first out break of herpes and I'm dying in pain bed ridden to the point where I'm crying when I use the bathroom
I have read there is ozone treatment to cure this disease I'm only 25 I want to to be able to still enjoy oral and vaginal sex with the guy I've been seeing...

The lesions of herpes are painful and do take time to heal. You have already started the antiviral treatment. The lesions will gradually get better in next 2-3 days. The pain will also decrease. You can take pain killers round the clock till then for relief.
Ozone therapy is usually used for chronic viral infections. It does not provide an instant relief from the pain of the sores. It is best to continue with Ezovir and ice and let it subside in next few days.
