Brief Answer:
May need a minor surgical procedure
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
As this is recurring again and again, this is not a simple soft tissue infection.Likely, there is some underlying cause like ingrowing hair, pilonidal sinus(this is more common in hairy people) etc.
To prevent recurrences and cure the condition, this has to be removed in toto by a minor surgical procedure, after correct diagnosis.
You can seek the help of a general surgeon for this. You may be asked for imaging studies like MRI scanning of the site.
Meanwhile, keep the area clean and dry always.Try to avoid excessive sweating.
Intermittent episodes can be treated with antibiotics and analgesics for a few days.
Hope I have answered your query.
Wishing you good health.
Thank you.

I hope but nothing serious
Brief Answer:
Probably,nothing serious
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
There is nothing to be worried much.
This is just a recurring soft tissue infection, with an underlying predisposing factor.
We just need to remove the entire follicular apparatus(if ingrowing hair) or the entire sinus cyst/sinus tract(if pilonidal sinus).
Both are minor procedures done under local anesthesia.
But before doing, any infection has to be treated and controlled with with a course of antibiotics and analgesics.
Your doctor will guide you.
Hope now you got cleared,Thank you.
