Question: I am constipated and cannot pass anything. Pain is severe. What do you recommend.

Constipation ,can't pass anything and severe pain could be sign of bowel obstruction( its a emergency comdition), so you need to do some examination by a local doctor (physical examimation,x-Ray if needed ) to rule out bowel obstruction.
