Question: I am on business travel and I have painful gums multiple teeth hurt ang are sensitive to the touch, swollen gland, sinus drainage on the right side along with the right ear beginning to ache

Hello,

As far as painful teeth with sinus drainage is concerned this can be due to caries or gingival infection causing periapical or periodontal infection.

For this i will suggest you to take medicine like cap. Amoxicillin along with tab. metronidazole twice daily, analgesic like tab Tylenol or Voveron twice daily with cap. Vitamin B complex once daily. You can take these medicine if you are not allergic.

Consult dentist for treatment and investigation after you return from your business travel.
