Question: Hi Doctor.
1.Incident on November 11 2015 with condom broke/slip in middle during vaginal sex she was on top while sitting, by time I realize in 1
min immediately I tried and ejaculate after outside. After that incident Dec 11 ie 4 weeks after I did test on the girl with Ora check antibodies test it was negative and also mine was negative
2.Incident 2 went to massage Dec 10 2015 had a handbjob from the lady ,is this cause of concern transmitting HIV?
I was more worried about the first incident happened and so far did testing
1)41 day test with Rapid 4th Generation HIV Ag/Ab - negative
2)48 day test HIV-1 RNA, Qualitative - non reactive (checked with test team they said no further testing required after this test)
3.All other STD testing was negative except HSV1 type 1 positive suspecting which could have been there before the incident
4)63 day this week Monday had Oracheck antibody test -negative

Note - No symptoms so far appeared since the incident happened
Please let me know if need to wait until 12 weeks to do conclusive test to have another antibody test, if not can I move ahead with my

personal life and normal sex with my wife its so painful and frustration days ahead can't concentrate anything .Please help or comment if

this tests are conclusive .

Brief Answer:
Better to wait

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am Dr Mittal. I have read your message. I think I can help you.
The fact remains that it is better to wait. It should be conclusively proven absent before you go ahead with intercourse with wife.
Virus are detected by the antibodies they form. Or by the number of their replicas.
Both may take time to form to detection levels.
Therefore you may actually spread it unwillingly.

Therefore, I suggest it's better to wait.
I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem. Best of luck. Dr Mittal

Thanks. I can wait the sexual intercourse but how long ?can I have at least oral hand job or masturbation orally?
I have taken all test required by till 63 days . The HIV-1 RNA, Qualitative that has short window period that detect the virus in the blood .Why do I have to wait until antibodies form which is longer window period 3 months. The testing team said it s accurate and no further testing required I can move on with my life.

Please read my thread question and assess answer the best you can. Thanks for your help
