Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for writing through HCM.
I have read your query and understood that you both are married but you are not sexually active. I just want to ask you: why?
What is the reason in her? Is it pain? Is she afraid of pain during first encounter?
Have you tried for sex? What do you think? What is her response? Does she want sex? Does her vagina is very tight? [That occurs because of the fear of pain during losing virginity, there is a spasm in vaginal wall muscles because of the anticipated anxiety and that is psychological]
What is her explanation regarding sexual dysfunction?
Answer the above questions as asked.

It is probably vaginismus
Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for writing again.
So, the walls of vagina is very tight. It is vaginismus. It is involuntary vaginal muscle spasm which makes any kind of penetration into vagina painful and impossible. There are many causes for it. I here recommend that you both should visit a psychiatrist or sexologist.
She need proper evaluation and treatment. If the wall are very tight then she needs gradual dilation of the wall. You shall get proper information and treatment from a sexologist.
Hope I have answered your query. If you do not have further clarification then close the discussion and rate the answer.
Wish you good health.
