Brief Answer:
likely irritation

Detailed Answer:
this feeling is likely irritation from the stomach acid. Drinking alcohol irritates your stomach, and increases acidity of the stomach. Vomiting large amount of stomach contents, which will always include acid, will irritate the esophagus and the throat. As long as there is no blood in the voming, i would not be concerned. Feeling a lump in your throat is likely related to inflammation in the throat / esophagus.
You can take an over the counter anti-acid (such as omeprazole, or ranitidine for example) once daily, until symptoms subside.
If symptoms worsen or if you at this moment can't keep any food or liquids down you should then seek medical attention as soon as possible for evaluation /examination and possibly an endoscopy.
Avoid alcohol in the meantime.
