Hello

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Noted your question.
Since the CT scans and Xray didnt show any bone and soft tissue lesion, please relax. Even though the blood test showed no systemic infection, it still could be a localized infection. Because it is tender to touch. It could be an infected cyst or abscess. Please bear in mind that in localized infection, the blood test can be normal. Noted that you took Prednisolone. Why was it taken. Please note that Prednisolone can mask the changes of infection in blood. Any history of diabetes?

It would be great to have a pciture of the lesion. If you do not mind, could you take a picture by XXXXXXX phone or camera and attach to this question ? The lesion may need to be aspirated or a needle test ( FNA) may be required to diagnose it.

Regards XXXXXXX
